The original "Magnolia Showers" design applied to a 27cm porcelain plate;
shown here pictured in the Kutani exhibition catalogue and alongside the
competition entry form.
This design won an Award of Merit (Design on Paper) in the Kutani International Decorative Ceramics Competition ?97, in Japan. Articles about it have been published in the Australian Porcelain Decorator (reproduced here) and Ceramics Technical.
