Handmade jewelry makes good gifts and fashion accessories. The items below are unique and feature a mix of painting and marbling techniques on fine porcelain, often decorated with gold.
PENDANT
This pendant is fine and light, finished with lusters and metallic paints in
a soft mix of blue, apricot and silvery-white. It comes on a 41cm wire with
a magnetic clasp.

BROOCH
This brooch was made from strips of porcelain clay rolled together,
flattened and trimmed into an interesting shape. Metallic paint then gives
it a soft sheen that does not detract from the slightly uneven surface, the
holes, or the bite-shaped piece "missing" from one edge.

ORCHID BROOCH
Another piece that is hard to photograph! It's hand shaped, softly domed,
and slightly heavier than my usual pieces - not suitable to wear on light
tops. The design is based on the Cooktown Orchid, Queensland's floral
emblem, and is a further development of a series I've worked on over several
years.
