I use a shopping cart from CCNow, a reputable online retailer with a secure server. They accept PayPal and also several different credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).
At any time while browsing my site, you can click the Shopping Cart link to view its contents, change quantities, or complete your order.
Going to the shopping cart doesn't commit you to a purchase. You can “back out” at any time by pressing the Back button, or use it to note down the pieces that interest you.
I am making some changes to the shopping cart, but until after Xmas there are no postal charges or taxes to pay on jewellery orders. (Note: you are responsible for any customs, duties or taxes that may apply in your state or country.)
Click directly on the price of any piece to put it in the shopping cart. This temporarily moves you to my order page on the CCNow server. To return and continue browsing, click Add More Items (or use the Back button).
You may choose which currency you wish to pay in, and pay either by credit card or PayPal — it really is very flexible, simple and secure.
The shopping cart calculates everything for you, so you can add or delete items and refresh the totals. (Delete by changing the quantity to 0.) When you are ready, click Pay & Finish to finalize your order.
All payments via CCNow will appear on your credit card statement as CCNow, not Janri Designs. There's more information about this on the CCNow website, plus details of some of the safeguards they have in place.

If you don't want to use the shopping cart, I will accept a money order or cheque. E-mail me with particulars of the pieces you are interested in. I'll quote you price and postage in AU$ and you can send it to me, made out to R. Janette Graham. (Brief studio details are on my Contact page, and I will supply my full street address.) I will forward your purchase after I receive the money order, or after your cheque clears.
I check my e-mail orders at least once a day. The items for sale are already on hand, so I can dispatch them to you very quickly. Normally this is within a working day or two, depending on when your e-mail order is received and read. If for any reason I cannot do this, I will let you know as soon as possible. Don't forget that I may be in a different time zone.
Please allow up to 5 days for delivery within Australia.
Outside Australia, I send orders via air mail. Deliveries are currently averaging a bit over a week to the U.S., and a little longer to the U.K.
I will always respect your privacy. I use customer information only to run my site efficiently and satisfy the orders I receive.
If something is worth doing, it's worth doing well.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, however, just return it to me in new condition. Do this within 30 days of receiving it and e-mail me to let me know, and I will guarantee you a full refund.
If I have let a faulty piece slip through but you don't notice it until later, contact me with the details. I will repair, replace or refund in full, according to circumstances.
With reasonable care your jewellery should last a long time — I'm still wearing pieces that I made years ago.
